In January 2007, FT Consulting Pte., Ltd. sought assistance from Inventis Patent Attorneys after receiving a Refusal Notice regarding its trademark application for “FT Consulting + Device” from the Indonesian Intellectual Property Office (DGIP). Unfortunately, the deadline to respond had passed.

On January 18, 2007, Inventis Patent Attorneys filed a fresh application on behalf of FT Consulting Pte., Ltd. for the trademark “FT Consulting + Device” in Class 35, under application number J002007001600.
Outcome: After approximately 18 months of processing, the trademark “FT Consulting + Device” was successfully registered on August 18, 2008, with registration number IDM000173196. This achievement secured FT Consulting Pte., Ltd.'s trademark rights in Indonesia.
